Comfortspain is the trade name of Martin Shoe Agency S.L., a Spanish sales agency founded in 1998 in Elche, Alicante. We represent a select network of Spanish footwear factories on behalf of international brands — one office, four languages, four product lines.
We sit between your buying team and the Spanish factory floor.
Martin Shoe Agency S.L., trading as Comfortspain, is a sales agency — not a factory, not a design studio. We represent Spanish footwear manufacturers commercially, we run our own catalogue of ready-to-manufacture models, and we take care of moving every one of your developments and requirements to the factories, from kick-off to final shipment. Our customers are footwear brands, retail chains and importers in 20+ countries. All our factories are in Spain.
What we *do*
We represent Spanish footwear factories to international buying teams. We curate the ready-to-manufacture catalogue (across comfort, barefoot, BIOS sandals and winter footwear). We handle commercial negotiation, sample logistics, production calendar management and freight booking. We do not invoice as a middleman markup — our commission is factored into the FOB you see.
What we *do not* do
We do not design collections for our own label. We do not produce outside Spain. We do not serve fast-fashion footwear nor performance athletic footwear.

Sales managers native in English, German, French and Spanish, based in Elche, running product development and sampling oversight across all partner workshops.
Why an *agency* and not a direct factory
A factory shows you its own production capacity; an agency gives you access to the combined offering of multiple factories. For a buyer building a comfort or barefoot range, the right answer rarely sits with a single supplier — it usually requires several workshops with complementary specialisations. Our job is to connect you efficiently with the right ones, across distance and language.
